Build a trek destination planner covering all of Nepal — start with 14 regions, then keep adding new trails and places as the data grows. Routes, elevation, month-by-month climate, and a feasibility score — a Design Arena sprint with React Native + Expo.

Shipped a working planner with a real scoring engine, then killed it. The ambition was Nepal-wide — new places, new routes, forever growing — but the operational layer (hotels, transport, live trail data) only exists in the field, and that ground work never happened. A planner that can’t answer "how do I actually get there" is a demo, not a product — and a demo can’t scale to all of Nepal. Parked on purpose: if the data layer can’t be real, the app shouldn’t claim to be.
